What We’re Looking For
- * Legal Business Entity: You already have a legal business entity or are in the process of establishing one.
- * Recruiting Commitment: You can dedicate sufficient weekly time to support your business goals.
- * Healthcare Recruiting Experience: At least 4 years of full-cycle Healthcare recruiting experience (Agency experience is a bonus).
- * Expertise Across Specialties: You understand the nuances of recruiting across the following verticals:
- * Hospitals and Healthcare Systems
- * Nurses
- * Allied Health
- * Mental Health and Behavioral Health
- * Long-Term Care and Nursing Homes
- * Healthcare IT and Health Informatics
- * Public Health and Government Health Agencies
- * Reproductive Health
- * Dental Care
- * Proficiency with Tools & Sourcing: You’re skilled in technical recruiting tools, Boolean searches, and open-source online resources for candidate research.
- * U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen to qualify.
- * Military Community Understanding: You have familiarity with the military/warrior community or have served as a military veteran, military spouse, or military advocate.
- * Strong Work Ethic and Interpersonal Skills: You are organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- * Source, recruit, and screen Healthcare professionals within the following areas:
- * Hospitals and Healthcare Systems
- * Nurses
- * Allied Health
- * Mental Health and Behavioral Health
- * Long-Term Care and Nursing Homes
- * Healthcare IT and Health Informatics
- * Public Health and Government Health Agencies
- * Reproductive Health
- * Dental Care
- * Build and maintain trusted relationships with both active and passive Healthcare candidates.
- * Leverage social media and open-source platforms to implement effective Healthcare recruitment marketing strategies.
- * Partner with strategic organizations to place top-tier talent in critical roles.
