What We’re Looking For
- * Legal Business Entity: You currently have a legal business entity or are in the process of establishing one.
- * Weekly Commitment: You can dedicate sufficient time each week to support your business goals.
- * Recruiting Experience: At least 4 years of full-cycle cleared recruiting experience within IT/Tech and Cybersecurity sectors.
- * Security Clearance Knowledge: Familiarity with security clearance types and processes, including:
- * Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
- * Top Secret/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph
- * Top Secret/SCI
- * Top Secret
- * Secret
- * Confidential
- * Public Trusts
- * Proficiency in Sourcing Tools: You have access to recruiting tools and expertise to identify top cleared talent.
- * Online Recruiting Savvy: Effective use of social media, professional associations, and open-source tools to identify and recruit talent.
- * Technical Expertise: Experience recruiting IT/Tech professionals, including Engineers, Developers, Architects, Data Scientists, IT, and Cybersecurity professionals across all clearance levels.
- * U.S. Citizenship: You must be a U.S. citizen to qualify for this opportunity.
- * Military Community Understanding: Familiarity with or connection to the military or warfighter community is a plus, whether as a veteran, military spouse, or advocate.
- * Strategic Sourcing Skills: Ability to implement effective sourcing strategies and utilize advanced Boolean search methods.
- * Organized & Positive: A proactive mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- * Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cleared professionals throughout the recruiting process.
- * Strong Work Ethic: Independent, responsible, and goal-driven with accountability for results.
Key Responsibilities
- * Source, recruit, and screen cleared IT/Tech professionals, including Engineers, Developers, Architects, Data Scientists, and other technical talent.
- * Build and maintain trusted relationships with cleared active and passive candidates.
- * Utilize social media and open-source tools for strategic recruitment marketing.
- * Support strategic partners by placing top cleared talent in critical roles.
