Position Overview

Our client is seeking two Clinical Informatics Analysts to play a pivotal role in supporting the Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation and ongoing solutions. The ideal candidates will combine technical expertise, healthcare knowledge, and strong documentation skills to ensure the seamless adoption and optimization of EHR workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• * EHR System Implementation: Design, develop, configure, implement, and support the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system following Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) guidelines and project quality standards.
• * Workflow Analysis: Document and analyze workflow processes to align with health standards and implementation needs.
• * Technical Leadership: Provide leadership and training, including creating software design documentation and supporting end-users and staff.
• * System Configuration: Customize and evaluate system settings to integrate seamlessly with business and healthcare workflows.
• * Design Documentation: Assist in creating software design documents and diagrams to support system development.
• * Agile Methodology Support: Foster the implementation of agile development methodologies while ensuring technical compliance.

Must-Have Qualifications

• * Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in system analysis, design, development, configuration, and support.
• * ALM Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) methodologies.
• * Documentation Skills: Proven ability to document workflows and system configurations effectively.
• * Training & Support: Experience providing technical training and support within healthcare environments.
• * Technical Configuration: Direct hands-on experience with system and technical configuration.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field (relevant experience may substitute).
• * Experience in healthcare administration, business operations, or electronic healthcare technology.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Rate: $35 - $38/hour or approximately $72,800 - $79,040 annually, based on experience.
