Position Overview

Our client is seeking a Principal CNO Cloud Exploiter to provide advanced technical expertise supporting mission-critical software and systems for a large U.S. Government contract. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on innovative, mission-centric projects in collaboration with analysts, operators, data scientists, and software engineers. The role focuses on leveraging technical skills to optimize performance, design prototypes, and integrate solutions in line with mission objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• * Analyze, design, develop, prototype, and integrate technical solutions to achieve mission success.
• * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tactical support for mission operations.
• * Enhance and refine existing tools to meet evolving mission requirements.
• * Document, derive, and analyze technical requirements for mission projects.
• * Exploit misconfigured APIs and cloud services to optimize system performance.
• * Build prototypes to validate mission objectives and technical strategies.
• * Develop end-to-end toolsets aligned with mission constraints and operational needs.

Qualifications

Must Have:

• * Security Clearance: Active or reinstateable TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• * Experience: 12+ years of relevant experience with a B.S. in a technical discipline OR an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• * Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for software development.
• * Experience with cloud-based architectures, microservices, and Docker technologies.
• * Familiarity with Git, Subversion, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• * Proven ability to support and adapt fielded software systems.
• * Strong independent work ethic with proven team collaboration abilities.
• * Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

• * Expertise in reverse engineering for Linux, Windows, and embedded platforms.
• * Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Java, Bash, PowerShell, Perl, C#, Rust, and Assembly.
• * Experience developing CNO-specific software for Linux, Windows, and embedded applications.
• * Familiarity with vulnerability research and exploit development.
• * Knowledge of SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
• * Experience in production CNO operations and capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $115,000 – $190,000 annually
