We are actively seeking 1099-NEC Contractors—business owners or those in the process of establishing a legal business entity—to join us in a 100% uncapped commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential.

What We’re Looking For

  • * Legal Business Entity: You currently own or are in the process of establishing a legal business entity.
  • * Weekly Commitment: You can commit sufficient time each week to build your business with us.
  • * Recruiting Experience: You have at least 4 years of full-cycle Healthcare recruiting experience (Agency experience is a plus).
  • * Technical Expertise: Proven understanding of recruiting within these key Healthcare verticals:
    • * Hospitals and Healthcare Systems
    • * Nurses
    • * Allied Health
    • * Mental Health and Behavioral Health
    • * Long-Term Care and Nursing Homes
    • * Healthcare IT and Health Informatics
    • * Public Health and Government Health Agencies
    • * Reproductive Health
    • * Dental Care
  • * Proficiency with Sourcing Tools: Familiarity with recruiting and sourcing platforms that identify and attract top talent.
  • * Online Recruiting Savvy: Skilled at leveraging online recruiting resources like social media, professional associations, and community groups.
  • * U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen to qualify for this opportunity.
  • * Military Community Understanding: Experience with or connection to the military and warfighter community, either as a veteran, military spouse, or advocate, is a plus.
  • * Strategic Sourcing: Ability to craft effective sourcing strategies and perform deep research to find hard-to-reach candidates.
  • * Boolean Search Proficiency: Skilled at using Boolean search techniques to locate specialized talent.
  • * Organized and Positive: A proactive, focused mindset with excellent time management and attention to competing priorities.
  • * Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional customer service skills to build trust and relationships with Healthcare candidates.
  • * Strong Work Ethic: Independent, responsible, and goal-oriented with accountability for achieving personal and business goals.

  • * Source, recruit, and screen Healthcare professionals across key verticals such as:
    • * Hospitals and Healthcare Systems
    • * Nurses
    • * Allied Health
    • * Mental Health and Behavioral Health
    • * Long-Term Care and Nursing Homes
    • * Healthcare IT and Health Informatics
    • * Public Health and Government Health Agencies
    • * Reproductive Health
    • * Dental Care
  • * Build and maintain relationships with both active and passive candidates.
  • * Leverage social media and open-source platforms to enhance Healthcare recruitment marketing efforts.
  • * Support strategic partners by placing qualified Healthcare talent in critical roles.
