We are actively seeking 1099-NEC Contractors—business owners or those planning to establish their own business—to join us in a 100% uncapped commission-based partnership with limitless earning potential.

What We Are Looking For

• * Legal Business Entity: You either have an existing legal business entity or are planning to establish one.
• * Weekly Commitment: Ability to dedicate enough time each week to support your goals and business strategy.
• * Recruiting Experience: Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle cleared recruiting experience in the cleared IT, Tech, and Cyber sectors.
• * Security Clearance Knowledge: Understanding of security clearances including:
• * Top Secret SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
• * Top Secret SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph
• * Top Secret SCI
• * Top Secret
• * Secret
• * Confidential
• * Public Trusts
• * Proficient in Sourcing Tools: Experience with recruiting and sourcing tools to identify top cleared talent.
• * Online Recruiting Savvy: Skilled in using social media and open-source platforms for strategic prospecting, recruiting, and networking.
• * Technical Expertise: Experience recruiting in the IT and cleared verticals including Engineers, Developers, Architects, Data Scientists, IT, and Cybersecurity professionals with all levels of security clearances.
• * U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen to qualify.
• * Military Community Understanding: Familiarity with the military or warfighter community is a plus. Veterans, military spouses, and military advocates are encouraged to apply.
• * Strategic Sourcing: Expertise in strategic sourcing and deep online research to locate specialized talent.
• * Boolean Search Proficiency: Skilled in using Boolean search methods for candidate discovery.
• * Organized and Positive: Positive attitude with excellent organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• * Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to build trust, maintain relationships, and offer excellent candidate experience.
• * Strong Work Ethic: Self-starter with a sense of responsibility and accountability for meeting goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

• * Source, recruit, and screen cleared IT and tech professionals including Engineers, Developers, Architects, Data Scientists, and more.
• * Build and maintain relationships with both active and passive cleared candidates.
• * Leverage social media and open-source platforms for strategic cleared recruitment marketing.
• * Partner with A2Z IT Consulting Inc & LLC clients to place qualified talent in critical roles.
