Position Overview

Our client is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established, collaborative, and supportive outpatient practice. This position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional, high-quality care in a team-oriented environment alongside experienced providers, leveraging advanced technology for seamless workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• * Deliver comprehensive, high-quality care to patients in a family medicine outpatient setting.
• * Work collaboratively with a team of 4 Physicians, 1 Physician Assistant, and 1 Nurse Practitioner alongside an experienced practice administrator.
• * Establish and maintain a patient panel quickly due to the practice's well-earned strong reputation in the community.
• * Participate in a shared call rotation to ensure a sustainable work-life balance.
• * Utilize on-site hospital lab services to streamline and enhance patient care.
• * Leverage advanced technology tools, such as DAX Copilot, to optimize documentation and streamline workflows.

Must-Have Qualifications

• * Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• * A valid Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility to obtain one before employment.
• * New graduates or candidates transitioning out of training are strongly encouraged to apply.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• * A strong commitment to collaborative, team-oriented patient care in a fast-paced environment.
• * Familiarity or proficiency in EMR systems, specifically EPIC, is a plus but not a requirement.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: $235,000 annually
