We are actively seeking 1099-NEC Contractors who have an established business or are planning to establish one. If you are a recruiting professional or expert, join us in a 100% UNCAPPED commission-based partnership with limitless earning potential.

You will specialize in cleared professional recruiting within a diverse range of disciplines including Software Development and Engineering, Data Science and Analytics, Solution Architecture, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, DevOps and DevSecOps, Blockchain, and Healthcare IT.

What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications

• * Legal Business Entity: You either have an established legal business entity or are in the process of establishing one.
• * Weekly Commitment: Ability to dedicate sufficient time each week to meet business goals through this partnership.
• * Recruiting Experience: At least 4 years of full-cycle cleared recruiting experience in cleared IT, tech, and cybersecurity sectors.
• * Security Clearance Knowledge: Familiarity with various clearance levels such as Top Secret SCI with Full Scope Polygraph, Top Secret SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph, Top Secret SCI, Top Secret, Secret, Confidential, and Public Trusts; understanding of renewal and expiration processes.
• * Proficient in Sourcing Tools: Experience with advanced recruiting tools and sourcing platforms to locate and attract top cleared talent.
• * Online Recruiting Savvy: Leverage open-source social media and online recruiting platforms to identify and connect with candidates.
• * Technical Expertise: Experience recruiting within IT/Tech fields, focusing on Engineers, Developers, Architects, Data Scientists, IT, and Cybersecurity professionals with security clearances.
• * U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen to qualify for this opportunity.
• * Military Community Understanding: Experience with or familiarity with military or warfighter communities is a plus (veterans, military spouses, military advocates, or service members are encouraged to apply).
• * Strategic Sourcing Skills: Proven ability to conduct advanced sourcing strategies and research to locate specialized talent.
• * Boolean Search Proficiency: Advanced skill in Boolean search strategies and techniques.
• * Organized and Positive: Proven ability to stay organized, proactive, and manage multiple competing priorities.
• * Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills for building trust with cleared candidates.
• * Strong Work Ethic: Ability to work independently while showing accountability for personal and organizational goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

• * Source, recruit, and screen cleared IT/tech professionals, including Engineers, Developers, Architects, Data Scientists, and more.
• * Build and maintain relationships with both active and passive cleared candidates.
• * Leverage social media and open-source platforms for recruitment marketing efforts.
• * Support A2Z IT Consulting Inc and LLC’s strategic partners by placing top cleared talent in critical roles.
