We are actively seeking 1099-NEC Contractors who own or are planning to establish a legal business entity. If you’re a recruiting professional looking for additional business opportunities, join us in a 100% UNCAPPED commission-based partnership with limitless earning potential.

You will specialize in Healthcare recruiting across a wide range of verticals, including Hospitals and Healthcare Systems, Nurses, Allied Health, Mental Health and Behavioral Health, Long-Term Care and Nursing Homes, Healthcare IT and Health Informatics, Public Health and Government Health Agencies, Reproductive Health, and Dental Care.

What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications

• * Legal Business Entity: You either have an established legal business entity or are planning to establish one.
• * Weekly Commitment: Ability to dedicate sufficient time each week to meet business goals through this partnership.
• * Recruiting Experience: At least 4 years of full-cycle Healthcare recruiting experience; agency experience is a plus.
• * Technical Expertise: Familiarity with recruiting and sourcing professionals within these verticals:
• * Hospitals and Healthcare Systems
• * Nurses
• * Allied Health
• * Mental Health and Behavioral Health
• * Long-Term Care and Nursing Homes
• * Healthcare IT and Health Informatics
• * Public Health and Government Health Agencies
• * Reproductive Health
• * Dental Care
• * Proficient in Sourcing Tools: Experience with recruiting tools and sourcing platforms to identify and attract top talent.
• * Online Recruiting Savvy: Effective use of open-source platforms such as social media, professional organizations, and community associations to recruit talent.
• * U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen to qualify.
• * Military Community Understanding: Familiarity with or experience supporting military-connected communities is a plus (veterans, military spouses, military advocates, or service members are encouraged to apply).
• * Strategic Sourcing Skills: Proven ability to build effective sourcing strategies and perform deep research to locate specialized talent.
• * Boolean Search Proficiency: Skilled in advanced Boolean search methods for candidate identification.
• * Organized and Positive: Ability to maintain an organized and proactive mindset while meeting deadlines.
• * Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills to build trust with Healthcare candidates.
• * Strong Work Ethic: Must show responsibility, accountability, and the ability to work independently to meet goals.

• * Reproductive Health

• * Build and maintain relationships with active and passive Healthcare candidates.
• * Leverage social media and open-source platforms for recruitment marketing efforts.
• * Support Mission Box Solutions strategic partners by placing top talent in critical Healthcare roles.
