What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications)
- Legal Business Entity: Either have or be in the process of establishing a legal business entity.
- Weekly Commitment: Dedicate sufficient time each week to achieve personal and business goals through this partnership.
- Recruiting Experience: At least 4 years of full-cycle Healthcare recruiting experience. Agency experience is a plus.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of recruiting within these verticals:

- Long-Term Care and Nursing Homes

- Proficient in Sourcing Tools: Access and experience using recruiting tools to identify and attract top talent.
- Online Recruiting Savvy: Leverage social media and open-source platforms for effective talent search and recruitment.
- U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen to qualify.
- Military Community Understanding: Familiarity with or experience supporting military-connected communities is a plus.
- Strategic Sourcing: Experience developing effective sourcing strategies and utilizing advanced Boolean search methods to locate hard-to-find talent.
- Organized and Positive: Manage competing priorities with a professional, organized, and optimistic mindset.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to build and maintain trust with Healthcare candidates.
- Strong Work Ethic: Self-motivated, independent, and accountable for meeting personal and organizational goals.

- Build and maintain relationships with both active and passive candidates within the Healthcare industry.
- Leverage social media and open-source platforms for strategic recruitment marketing.
- Support strategic partners by placing top Healthcare talent into critical roles.
