• * Public Health and Government Health Agencies

What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications)

• * Legal Business Entity: Either have or be in the process of establishing a legal business entity.
• * Weekly Commitment: Dedicate sufficient time each week to achieve personal and business goals through this partnership.
• * Recruiting Experience: At least 4 years of full-cycle Healthcare recruiting experience. Agency experience is a plus.
• * Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of recruiting within these verticals:
• * Hospitals and Healthcare Systems
• * Nurses
• * Allied Health
• * Mental Health and Behavioral Health
• * Long-Term Care and Nursing Homes
• * Healthcare IT and Health Informatics
• * Public Health and Government Health Agencies
• * Reproductive Health
• * Dental Care
• * Proficient in Sourcing Tools: Access and experience using recruiting tools to identify and attract top talent.
• * Online Recruiting Savvy: Leverage social media and open-source platforms for strategic talent sourcing.
• * U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen to qualify.
• * Military Community Understanding: Familiarity with or experience supporting military-connected communities is a plus.
• * Strategic Sourcing: Experience building effective sourcing strategies and utilizing advanced Boolean search methods.
• * Boolean Search Proficiency: Skilled in advanced Boolean search techniques to locate specialized Healthcare candidates.
• * Organized and Positive: Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and deadlines with an organized and professional mindset.
• * Interpersonal Skills: Excellent customer service and proven ability to build trust and maintain relationships with Healthcare candidates.
• * Strong Work Ethic: Motivated, independent, and accountable for meeting personal and organizational goals.

• * Healthcare IT and Health Informatics
• * Public Health and Government Health Agencies
• * Reproductive Health
• * Dental Care
• * Build and maintain relationships with both active and passive candidates within the Healthcare industry.
• * Leverage social media and open-source platforms for strategic recruitment marketing.
• * Support strategic partners by placing top Healthcare talent into critical roles.
