Responsibilities:

• * Perform routine X-ray and CT imaging procedures as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• * Ensure patient comfort and cooperation throughout imaging procedures.
• * Adhere to radiation safety protocols, ensuring accurate patient positioning for optimal images.
• * Provide direct patient care, accommodating the needs of patients across all age groups.
• * Explain procedures to patients, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
• * Monitor patients for any adverse reactions during and after imaging.
• * Maintain accurate records of imaging procedures, patient information, and any anomalies.
• * Properly document radiation doses administered.
• * Adhere to hospital and departmental attendance, punctuality, and safety guidelines.
• * Follow all organizational policies and procedures.
• * Wear appropriate protective clothing and equipment as necessary.

Must Haves:

• * 1-2 years of experience in CT imaging.
• * Vocational/Technical Degree in Radiologic Technology.
• * Certified in Computed Tomography (CT) (ARRT), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• * Adhere to hospital and departmental attendance and punctuality guidelines.
• * Perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the organization's core values, mission, and vision.
• * Complete all duties as required and follow departmental policies and procedures.
• * Stay up-to-date with knowledge in your field through self-education and participation in ongoing educational programs.
• * Attend staff meetings, mandatory in-services, and meet competency evaluations promptly.
• * Demonstrate competency in providing care to patients of all ages, considering their individual needs based on age, sex, and weight. Apply age-specific customer service skills in non-clinical areas if applicable.
• * Wear appropriate protective clothing and equipment as necessary.

Salary:

Starting at $27.55 per hour.
