Responsibilities:

• *Maintain and optimize the performance of essential IT systems and infrastructure.
• *Implement IT infrastructure and services to support company operations.
• *Administer Microsoft Office 365 domain and manage all shared resources for the U.S. team.
• *Implement and manage office network, including remote VPN solutions and secure access to company resources.
• *Ensure adherence to cybersecurity best practices across all IT systems.
• *Identify and implement ongoing improvements to IT processes and systems.

Must Haves:

• *Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and 5 years of IT experience, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
• *Proven experience in designing and managing small office networks.
• *Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• *Ability to provision and manage company IT devices and infrastructure.
• *Preferred certifications: CCNA, Sec+, or other relevant credentials.
• *Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing customer deliveries, and collaborating within a team.

Salary:

$75,000 - $90,000
