We are actively seeking 1099-NEC Contractors who are business owners. Do you currently have, or are you planning to establish, a legal business entity? Are you interested in growing your business and forming new partnerships? Join us in this 100% UNCAPPED commission-based opportunity!

You’ll specialize in Healthcare recruiting across multiple verticals, including Hospitals and Healthcare Systems, Nurses, Allied Health, Mental Health and Behavioral Health, Long-Term Care and Nursing Homes, Healthcare IT and Health Informatics, Public Health and Government Health Agencies, Reproductive Health, and Dental Care.

What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications):

• * Legal Business Entity: You either currently have one or are willing to establish one.
• * Weekly Commitment: You must be able to dedicate sufficient time to support your business goals.
• * Recruiting Experience: At least 4 years of full-cycle Healthcare recruiting experience (Agency experience is a plus).
• * Technical Expertise: Familiarity with recruiting and sourcing talent in the following verticals:
• * Hospitals and Healthcare Systems
• * Nurses
• * Allied Health
• * Mental Health and Behavioral Health
• * Long-Term Care and Nursing Homes
• * Healthcare IT and Health Informatics
• * Public Health and Government Health Agencies
• * Reproductive Health
• * Dental Care
• * Proficient in Sourcing Tools: You must have access to and experience with recruiting and sourcing tools.
• * Online Recruiting Savvy: Leverage online recruiting resources such as social media and professional associations to connect with candidates.
• * U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen.
• * Military Community Understanding: Experience as a veteran, military spouse, or advocate is a plus.
• * Strategic Sourcing & Boolean Search Proficiency: Utilize strategic methods and Boolean search practices to locate specialized Healthcare talent.
• * Organized & Positive Attitude: Manage competing priorities with a proactive mindset.
• * Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Establish strong, trust-based relationships with candidates.
• * Strong Work Ethic: Independent, responsible, and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• * Source, recruit, and screen Healthcare professionals within verticals like:
• * Hospitals and Healthcare Systems
• * Nurses
• * Allied Health
• * Mental Health and Behavioral Health
• * Long-Term Care and Nursing Homes
• * Healthcare IT and Health Informatics
• * Public Health and Government Health Agencies
• * Reproductive Health
• * Dental Care
• * Build and maintain relationships with active and passive Healthcare candidates.
• * Leverage social media and open-source platforms for strategic Healthcare recruitment marketing.
• * Support strategic partners by placing top talent in critical roles.
