We are actively seeking 1099-NEC Contractors who are business owners. Do you have or are planning to establish a legal business entity? Are you looking to expand your network and business opportunities? Join us in a 100% UNCAPPED commission-based opportunity!

You will specialize in Healthcare recruiting with a focus on diverse verticals, including:

• * Hospitals and Healthcare Systems
• * Nurses
• * Allied Health
• * Mental Health and Behavioral Health
• * Long-Term Care and Nursing Homes
• * Healthcare IT and Health Informatics
• * Public Health and Government Health Agencies
• * Reproductive Health
• * Dental Care

What We’re Looking For (Required Qualifications):

• * Legal Business Entity: You must currently have or be planning to establish a legal business entity.
• * Weekly Commitment: Dedicate sufficient time each week to achieve your business goals.
• * Recruiting Experience: Minimum 4 years of full-cycle Healthcare recruiting experience (agency experience is a plus).
• * Technical Expertise: Recruiting experience and sourcing skills within the following verticals:
• * Hospitals and Healthcare Systems
• * Nurses
• * Allied Health
• * Mental Health and Behavioral Health
• * Long-Term Care and Nursing Homes
• * Healthcare IT and Health Informatics
• * Public Health and Government Health Agencies
• * Reproductive Health
• * Dental Care
• * Sourcing Tools Experience: Familiarity with recruiting and sourcing tools to attract qualified talent.
• * Boolean Search Proficiency: Experience using Boolean search techniques to identify specialized Nursing talent.
• * Online Recruiting Savvy: Proficiency in utilizing social media and open-source recruiting platforms.
• * U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen to qualify.
• * Military Community Understanding: Familiarity with or background in military service is a plus.
• * Strong Work Ethic: A motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• * Source, recruit, and screen Nursing professionals and other healthcare candidates across specialized verticals.
• * Establish and maintain relationships with both active and passive Nursing candidates.
• * Leverage social media and open-source recruitment strategies for talent acquisition and marketing.
• * Support strategic partners by placing qualified and top-tier talent in key roles.
