Key Responsibilities:

• *Conduct objective evaluations of patients’ functional abilities, including cognitive, motor, self-care, and daily living skills.
• *Develop measurable and realistic therapy goals based on individual patient needs.
• *Design and execute dynamic treatment plans to achieve desired outcomes, ensuring continuity and consistency.
• *Provide age-appropriate therapy tailored to developmental stages.
• *Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• *Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program with at least a bachelor’s degree.
• *Licensure to practice Occupational Therapy in the State of Idaho (candidates may apply before licensure or graduation).
• *Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• *Experience in acute care settings.

Schedule Options:

• Tuesday–Saturday: Five 8-hour shifts.
• Wednesday–Saturday: Four 10-hour shifts.
• For Acute Rehab/Inpatient Units: Time split evenly between units with the same schedule options.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $78,000–$117,020 (based on experience).
• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000.

• Shift Differentials: Evening Shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM): 8%; Night Shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM): 11%.
