Key Responsibilities:

• *Provide safe and compassionate care to patients in an acute care setting, utilizing clinical reasoning, situational learning, and evidence-based practice.
• *Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• *Act as an educator, addressing the intellectual and psychomotor needs of patients and families.
• *Incorporate input from diverse sources to benefit patient, family, and community health.
• *Apply new knowledge, research, and contemporary evidence to make informed clinical decisions.

Qualifications:

• *Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
• *Valid RN License in the State of Maryland or Compact License (as applicable).
• *Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• *Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care/telemetry unit.
• *Hospital experience required; long-term care RN experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Compensation and Benefits:

• *Salary: $66,212 to $84,427 annually.
