$115,000 - $190,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:
- *Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the acute care unit, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.
- *Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
- *Maintain open communication with patients, families, and team members to support a comfortable and informed care experience.
- *Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the hospital's mission of compassionate, whole-person care.
Qualifications:
- *Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- *Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- *Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, required upon hire.
- *12 months or less of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
Compensation and Benefits:
- *Salary Range: $71,829 to $143,601 annually.
- *Eligible candidates with hospital acute care experience may receive up to an $18,000 hiring bonus.
- *Up to $12,000 hiring bonus for candidates with less than 12 months of acute care experience.
