Key Responsibilities

• * Source and recruit healthcare professionals across specialized healthcare areas like hospitals, mental health, long-term care, and healthcare IT.
• * Build and maintain relationships with both active and passive talent pipelines.
• * Leverage social media, recruiting tools, and talent acquisition platforms to identify and attract top candidates.
• * Collaborate with strategic partners to connect healthcare talent with key positions.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• * You have or are in the process of establishing a legal business entity.
• * Minimum 4 years of experience in full-cycle healthcare recruiting.
• * Experience sourcing talent across key areas: hospitals, nurses, mental health, allied health, long-term care, IT in healthcare, public health, or dental care.
• * Proficiency in modern recruiting methodologies, Boolean searches, and online sourcing tools.
• * U.S. Citizenship is required for all applicants.

Preferred Skills:

• * Familiarity with military communities and military-related advocacy.
• * Proven expertise working with healthcare IT and government health services recruitment.

Compensation & Benefits

Flexible & Remote Opportunity

• * 25-40% commission on each successful placement.
• * Median commissions between $3,500 - $7,000 per placement.
