Position Overview

A2Z IT Consulting Inc & LLC is seeking experienced Senior Defense Tech Recruiters specializing in cleared talent searches within the GovCon, GovTech, and Defense sectors. This is a 100% commission-based, fully remote opportunity with unlimited earning potential. The role focuses on sourcing talent with security clearances in critical IT and defense technology disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • * Source, recruit, and screen cleared IT/Tech professionals such as engineers, developers, cybersecurity experts, and IT specialists.
  • * Build and maintain strong relationships with active and passive cleared candidates.
  • * Leverage advanced social media tools and open-source recruiting strategies to identify top talent.
  • * Collaborate with strategic partners to connect top talent into high-value, cleared tech positions.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • * Establishment of a legal business entity or in the process of creating one.
  • * Minimum 4 years of experience recruiting cleared talent within IT, GovCon, or defense technology sectors.
  • * Deep understanding of security clearances, including but not limited to Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
  • * Proficient in advanced sourcing methodologies and Boolean searches to recruit specialized talent.
  • * U.S. Citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • * Familiarity with military/veteran communities or military advocacy efforts.
  • * Experience sourcing talent within IT/tech roles, cybersecurity, or specialized engineering disciplines.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a competitive, 100% commission-based opportunity with high earning potential. Median commissions range from $8,500–$14,000 per placement.
