A2Z IT Consulting Inc is actively seeking experienced Senior Government Technology Recruiters to join their team. This is a 1099-NEC contractor role with full remote flexibility. This role focuses on sourcing cleared talent for GovCon, GovTech, and defense technology projects. Key Responsibilities

• * Source and recruit cleared IT/Tech professionals for GovCon and defense projects.
• * Leverage social media platforms and open-source recruiting tools to identify talent.
• * Establish strategic relationships with both active and passive candidates across industries like Data Science, Cybersecurity, AI, and DevOps.
• * Collaborate with A2Z IT Consulting Inc to place talent into critical defense and GovTech roles.

Qualifications

Required:

• * Established or in the process of establishing a legal business entity.
• * 4+ years of recruiting experience focused on cleared IT/Tech talent within GovCon or defense tech industries.
• * Familiarity with Top Secret/SCI clearances and other clearance categories.
• * Experience using advanced Boolean search strategies and recruiting tools.
• * Proven history of leveraging social media and open-source intelligence tools for talent searches.

Preferred:

• * Military community familiarity or experience.
• * Experience recruiting within technical fields like DevSecOps, Cloud Computing, AI, and other IT specialties.
