Key Responsibilities

• * Source, recruit, and screen Healthcare professionals in the following key specialties:
• * Hospitals and Healthcare Systems
• * Nurses
• * Allied Health Professionals
• * Mental Health and Behavioral Health
• * Long-Term Care and Nursing Homes
• * Healthcare IT and Health Informatics
• * Public Health and Government Health Agencies
• * Reproductive Health
• * Dental Care
• * Build and nurture long-term relationships with active and passive talent pools.
• * Utilize social media, professional associations, and recruiting tools to attract and connect with talent.
• * Collaborate with A2Z IT Consulting Inc & LLC to successfully place healthcare talent in essential roles.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• * Must own or be in the process of establishing a legal business entity.
• * Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with expertise in healthcare staffing (agency experience is a plus).
• * Proven ability in strategic sourcing and modern recruiting methodologies.
• * Familiarity with recruiting healthcare talent across multiple verticals.
• * U.S. Citizenship required to qualify for this position.

Preferred:

• * Familiarity with military or veteran communities is highly encouraged.
• * Expertise in utilizing Boolean search and advanced social media recruiting techniques.

Compensation & Benefits
