As a Senior Intelligence Community Recruiter, you'll focus on recruiting cleared talent in IT disciplines such as Software Development & Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, Solution Architecture, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, AI, DevOps & DevSecOps, Blockchain, and Healthcare IT.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• * Legal Business Entity: Either own or are planning to establish a legal business entity.
• * Weekly Commitment: Dedicate time to support business objectives through this partnership.
• * Recruiting Experience: At least 4 years of full-cycle cleared recruiting experience in IT, Tech, and Cybersecurity verticals.
• * Security Clearance Expertise: Familiarity with levels such as Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph, Counterintelligence Polygraph, Secret, Confidential, and Public Trusts.
• * Proficiency in Sourcing Tools: Hands-on experience leveraging recruiting tools and sourcing platforms for talent identification.
• * Boolean Search Proficiency: Skilled at advanced Boolean search methods for strategic sourcing.
• * U.S. Citizenship Required.

Preferred Skills:

• * Familiarity with military communities, military spouses, veterans, or military advocacy.
• * Experience in cleared IT talent acquisition with specialized IT fields knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• * Source, recruit, and screen cleared IT/tech professionals such as Engineers, Developers, Data Scientists, and Cybersecurity professionals.
• * Build strong relationships with both active and passive cleared talent.
• * Leverage social media, open-source platforms, and strategic sourcing to connect with talent.
• * Work with A2Z IT Consulting Inc and LLC’s partners to place cleared talent in key IT roles.
