What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • * Legal Business Entity: Must either own or be in the process of establishing a legal business entity.
  • * Weekly Commitment: Must dedicate sufficient time to achieve business success.
  • * Recruiting Experience: Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle Healthcare recruiting experience; agency experience is a plus.
  • * Expertise: Experience in recruiting talent in verticals like Hospitals, Nurses, Allied Health, Mental Health, Long-Term Care, and Healthcare IT.
  • * Sourcing Tools Proficiency: Experience with tools and platforms for identifying healthcare talent.
  • * Boolean Search Skills: Familiarity with Boolean search strategies to locate specialized healthcare candidates.
  • * Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • * Familiarity with military veteran communities, military spouses, or military advocacy is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • * Source, recruit, and screen Healthcare talent across key verticals including Nurses, Allied Health, Mental Health, Long-Term Care, and Healthcare IT.
  • * Leverage open-source platforms and social media to execute strategic recruitment strategies.
  • * Maintain and build trust-based relationships with active and passive candidates in the healthcare space.
  • * Collaborate with A2Z IT Consulting Inc & LLC’s strategic partners to fill mission-critical roles with high-caliber talent.
