What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • * Legal Business Entity: Must either own or be in the process of establishing a legal business entity.
  • * Weekly Commitment: Dedicate sufficient time each week to build your business and support partnership goals.
  • * Recruiting Experience: Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the Healthcare sector; agency experience is a plus.
  • * Technical Expertise: Familiarity with sourcing and recruiting talent in verticals like Nurses, Allied Health, Mental Health, Long-Term Care, Healthcare IT, and Public Health.
  • * Proficiency in Sourcing Tools: Experience with tools to identify top talent in healthcare.
  • * Boolean Search Skills: Proven expertise with advanced Boolean search strategies to locate healthcare candidates.
  • * Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • * Familiarity with military veteran communities or experience with military spouses and advocacy is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • * Source, recruit, and screen top healthcare talent, specializing in nurses and allied healthcare professionals.
  • * Leverage social media and open-source tools to execute strategic recruitment efforts.
  • * Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare candidates across industries.
  • * Collaborate with A2Z IT Consulting Inc & LLC to support strategic talent placements in critical roles.
