Responsibilities:

• *Provide services to customers, including requirements gathering, business analysis, solution formulation, and project delivery.
• *Develop, test, and debug customizations for the SyteLine system to meet specific customer requirements.
• *Document specifications, estimate project timelines, and deliver results within agreed-upon deadlines.
• *Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• *Participate in customer engagements, ensuring high-quality technical services.

Must Haves:

• *Proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies, including T-SQL, VB.NET, and SQL Server Reporting Services.
• *Strong background in manufacturing environments.
• *Basic knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, especially SyteLine.
• *Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• *Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• *Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results.
• *Strong customer service orientation with self-motivation to excel.
• *Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• *A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• *Over 15 years of experience customizing SyteLine ERP, INFOR CSI, or similar.
• *Previous consulting experience is a plus.
• *Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel up to 25%, depending on business demands.

Salary:

$90,000 - $120,000K
