Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Urologist to join a thriving, well-established practice consisting of five physicians and two nurse practitioners. This dynamic team delivers comprehensive urologic care across two state-of-the-art facilities, offering advanced services such as cystoscopies, testosterone pellet insertion, ultrasound-guided prostate biopsies, and complex urodynamics. The practice also provides hospital-based care, including da Vinci prostatectomy, partial nephrectomy, ESWL, urological reconstruction, and vasectomy reversals.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a broad range of adult urologic conditions in clinical and hospital settings.
• Perform advanced urological procedures, including robotic surgeries, reconstructions, and diagnostics.
• Manage patient care for services such as prostate biopsies, testosterone therapy, and urological evaluations.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and nurse practitioners to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active Alabama medical license (MD/DO) without restrictions.
• DEA certification.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $320,000 - $340,000 annually, plus a productivity bonus.
